BAYADA’s RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is the perfect way to launch your career with confidence. You’ll provide one-on-one home care, build new skills, and receive tailored support every step of the way.

- Full-time (36+ hours/week)

About this role
BAYADA's RN Nurse Residency Program in Minneapolis is designed specifically for newly licensed nurses entering home health care. You'll deliver one-on-one patient care in clients' homes while receiving structured mentorship and clinical support throughout your transition from graduate to practicing nurse. The program is accredited by the ANCC and includes hands-on training from day one, with 24/7 access to clinical mentors as you build real-world experience at your own pace.
The role offers full-time employment at $35–$37 per hour with flexible shift options (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, daytime or overnight) across the Minneapolis metro area and beyond. You'll work with electronic charting systems, receive weekly pay and PTO, and have access to award-winning simulation labs for pediatric and adult care training.
