About this role
BAYADA's accredited LPN Nurse Residency Program in St. Paul is designed specifically for newly licensed nurses entering home care. You'll earn $25–$27 per hour plus shift differentials while working full-time (36+ hours weekly) on daytime or overnight shifts in flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks. The program pairs you with a clinical mentor from day one and includes paid, hands-on training supported by award-winning simulation labs for both pediatric and adult care scenarios.
The role offers genuine support for early-career nurses: 24/7 clinical mentorship, customized training tailored to your learning pace, and the flexibility to work close to home across Minnesota's Twin Cities metro areas and beyond. You'll use electronic charting systems and gain real-world experience while building your foundation in skilled nursing.
