Our Nurse Residency Program for RNs is built to help you succeed in your first role. Join BAYADA in St. Paul and provide one-on-one care backed by award-winning training and 24/7 support.

About this role
BAYADA's new grad RN residency in St. Paul is designed specifically to support nurses entering practice for the first time. You'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in home settings across the Twin Cities and beyond, working shifts that range from 8 to 12 hours and can be scheduled during the day or overnight. The program pairs you with a clinical mentor from day one, offers paid, hands-on training backed by award-winning simulation labs, and provides 24/7 support as you build real-world experience at your own pace. This is the only home care nurse residency accredited by the ANCC.
The role requires an active Minnesota RN license (or pending licensure with an NCLEX date scheduled) and graduation from an accredited nursing program. You'll earn $35–$37 per hour including differentials, work full-time with weekly pay, and have access to preventive care, medical/dental/vision coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) options including Public Service Loan Forgiveness partnership. The flexible scheduling and geographic spread of client locations—from Brooklyn Park to Duluth—mean you can work close to home.
