- Implement new catalogs to client stores as they are created and approved
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all outstanding orders; elevate exceptions as necessary
- Generate custom reports for clients that identify product and category trends
- Assist in catalog template ideation and creation

About this role
Awardco's Product Implementation Specialist role sits at the critical handoff point between sales and ongoing client success. You'd own the setup and configuration of new client company stores, ensuring each one is tailored to the client's specifications and brand guidelines before transitioning to the customer success team. This involves coordinating across internal teams, training clients on how to request changes, managing order accuracy, generating custom reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline the implementation process itself.
The role calls for someone detail-oriented and organized who can juggle multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. Prior experience in a client-facing position and familiarity with SaaS product configuration are preferred. Project management skills, a four-year degree, and basic photo editing ability round out the profile, though the company notes the degree isn't required. This is explicitly positioned as an entry point into product implementation and client services—suited for someone ready to build a career in this space rather than someone seeking a senior position.
You'd be working in-office in Lindon, Utah at a rapidly growing company with multiple recognitions for workplace culture. The role is full-time and introductory in nature, making it a reasonable fit if you're looking to establish yourself in implementation and client success without extensive prior experience in the field.
