About this role

WelbeHealth is looking for someone to take ownership of corrective action plans stemming from PACE regulatory audits and compliance reviews. In this role, you'd manage the full lifecycle of CAPs—from root cause analysis through implementation, monitoring, and sustained closure—while partnering across operations, clinical, compliance, and quality teams to remove barriers and drive accountability. The work involves facilitating meetings, reviewing documentation, escalating risks, and using data and monitoring results to validate that corrective actions actually stick.

You'll spend significant time building and maintaining dashboards, tracking tools, and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, with an emphasis on leveraging technology and AI to streamline workflows. This is a cross-functional role that requires strong analytical and project management skills, comfort with complexity, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to multiple stakeholder groups. The position reports to the Quality Operations Director and includes occasional travel to WelbeHealth centers.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of healthcare quality, compliance, auditing, or operations experience (five preferred), a bachelor's degree in a related field, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies and regulatory environments like PACE and Medicare. Experience with RCA, dashboard development, and data analysis—particularly Power BI—is valued.
