About this role

Wellspring Learning Centers is building out its Nashville operations with newly opened and expanding clinics, and they're hiring RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities. You'd implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs, collect data on client progress, and work to help clients build new skills in an engaging, well-equipped clinical setting. The role involves weekly supervision, collaboration with the clinical team, and participation in parent training and staff development.

The position offers stability uncommon in ABA work: guaranteed hours for full-time staff, consistent pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience, and performance-based raises every six months. If you don't yet hold your RBT certification, Wellspring provides paid training to help you get there. You'll also receive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), ten days of PTO, and a professional development stipend—plus monthly bonuses and in-clinic work only, with no travel required.

This role suits someone reliable and organized who genuinely wants to work with children with special needs and is willing to follow structured protocols. Prior experience in ABA, special education, or related fields is preferred but not required; what matters most is strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to learning and growing within the organization.
