PQShield is seeking an analytical Revenue Operations Manager to own our GTM systems, data, and processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Management.

Beyond CRM administration, you will manage the end-to-end revenue engine including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline progression, forecasting, and GTM tools and automation.

The ideal candidate brings deep HubSpot expertise, a strong understanding of B2B GTM stacks, and hands-on experience leveraging AI for prospect research and revenue workflow automation.

You will partner across cross-functional leadership to build a scalable, data-driven revenue operation.

  • Monitor target accounts for buying signals such as new executives, funding events, acquisitions, product announcements, and hiring activity.
  • Use AI to summarize account intelligence and surface actionable insights for sales and marketing.
  • Continuously evaluate new AI tools that can improve prospecting productivity and data quality.

Ā

Full-Funnel Process Design

  • Own the full revenue lifecycle, from lead qualification to opportunity close and expansion.
  • Define cross-functional lifecycle stages, handoffs, and SLAs for Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
  • Establish sales stages and exit criteria with sales leadership.
  • Create repeatable workflows across all lead sources and account tiers.

About this role

PQShield is building the revenue operations function for a fast-growing cybersecurity company at the forefront of post-quantum cryptography. You'd report to the Chief Commercial Officer and own the complete revenue engine—systems, data, and processes—across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Management. This is a hands-on role where you'll architect and optimize HubSpot as the central nervous system, design full-funnel workflows from lead qualification through expansion, and build the forecasting and analytics infrastructure that drives leadership decisions.

The role demands deep HubSpot expertise and a strong grasp of B2B GTM stacks, but it's really about combining operational rigor with modern AI capabilities. You'll develop processes to identify and enrich target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Clay; build automated workflows that surface buying signals and actionable intelligence; and establish repeatable handoffs and SLAs across teams. You'll also own attribution modeling, executive dashboards, and the connection between the corporate website and CRM—essentially defining what "good" looks like for revenue metrics across the organization.

This suits someone with 4–8+ years in revenue or sales operations who's comfortable building processes from scratch in a startup environment rather than inheriting them. You need analytical rigor, hands-on comfort with AI tools for automation and research, and the credibility to partner directly with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership. The role is remote-first with occasional office visits and travel for customer and marketing events.
