Wat ga je doen?
- Uitvoeren van onderhoud, diagnoses en reparaties aan Lucid-voertuigen.
- Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische, elektrische en softwaregerelateerde storingen.
- Werken aan hoogvolt- en laagvoltsystemen van moderne elektrische voertuigen.
- Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische problemen.
- Correct vastleggen van diagnoses, reparaties en werkorders in onze systemen.
- Samenwerken met collega's binnen de werkplaats en het serviceteam om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
- Delen van technische kennis en ondersteunen van collega's waar nodig.
- Werken volgens de hoogste veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Indien nodig ondersteuning bieden aan ons mobiele serviceteam.
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting Autotechniek, Eerste Autotechnicus, Technisch Specialist of vergelijkbaar.
- Relevante werkervaring als automonteur, autotechnicus, diagnosetechnicus of technisch specialist.
- Kennis van voertuigelektronica, diagnosesystemen en moderne autotechniek.
- Ervaring met of sterke interesse in elektrische voertuigen.
- Affiniteit met hoogvolt-techniek.
- Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een praktische instelling.
- Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
- Basisvaardigheden met computersystemen en Microsoft Office.

Pré
- Ervaring met diagnose en reparatie van elektrische voertuigen.
- Certificeringen op het gebied van hoogvolt-techniek (NEN 9140 of vergelijkbaar).
- Certificering als Technisch Specialist of Master Technician.
- Certificaten voor airconditioning- en airbagsystemen.
- Ervaring binnen een premium automerk.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.

About this role
Lucid Motors is hiring an experienced automotive technician to join its Hilversum service facility, working on the company's award-winning electric vehicles including the Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity. You'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and software systems—with particular focus on high-voltage EV technology. The role demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical issues while maintaining precise documentation and collaborating with workshop and service teams.
To be competitive, you'll need an MBO-level automotive qualification and proven experience as a technician or specialist, plus solid knowledge of vehicle electronics and diagnostic systems. A genuine interest in electric vehicles is essential; high-voltage certifications (such as NEN 9140) and prior EV repair experience are highly valued. You should be comfortable with computer systems, fluent in Dutch, and hold a valid driver's license.
