About this role
DLR Group, a 100% employee-owned design firm, is building out its IT team in Seattle and needs an Entry-Level Service Desk Analyst to support employees across the organization. You'll be the first line of technical support, handling requests via phone, email, tickets, and in-person visits—troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals while ensuring staff can work effectively. The role spans multiple DLR locations, so you'll split time between remote support and regional on-site visits (1–2 times monthly).
This position suits someone with 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience who enjoys problem-solving and communicating clearly with non-technical users. You'll need solid troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google applications, plus familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and remote support tools. Beyond reactive support, you'll document solutions, manage hardware inventory, create knowledge base articles, and occasionally train colleagues—giving you room to grow beyond basic ticket resolution.
The hybrid arrangement offers flexibility, and DLR's benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and bonus opportunities. The salary range is $32.70–$35.10 hourly. You must be legally authorized to work in the US; the firm cannot sponsor visas.
