About this role

OneOncology's CenterTX is building a urology practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is looking for an experienced urologist or fellow/resident to join. The role spans a broad clinical scope—general urology, men's health, female incontinence, stone disease, BPH, infertility, and urologic oncology—with a mix of robotic and non-robotic procedures performed in office and ambulatory surgery center settings. You'll have strong ancillary support, no hospital call obligations, and the autonomy to develop a long-term practice without the administrative burden of managing those logistics yourself.

The position suits physicians who value procedural variety and want to practice in a well-resourced environment without the on-call demands of traditional hospital-based work. Experience with urology coding and billing is expected; Spanish fluency is preferred but not required. The practice is part of OneOncology's integrated network of medical oncology, urology, and radiation oncology practices, giving you access to clinical trials, research opportunities, and collaborative care models across specialties.

Compensation is uncapped, with comprehensive benefits, CME reimbursement, and a partnership track offering ownership after two years with no buy-in. The Dallas–Fort Worth market itself is a draw—strong economy, excellent schools, diverse neighborhoods, and convenient access to major airports and amenities. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for someone ready to establish roots in a growing healthcare market.
