About this role
Lincoln International's NetSuite and Financial Systems Administrator role centers on keeping the firm's core finance applications running smoothly while supporting its global investment banking operations. You'd manage user access, configuration, and day-to-day troubleshooting across NetSuite, Stampli, BlackLine, and LeaseQuery—acting as the bridge between the Finance team and IT. The work spans system administration (roles, permissions, access controls), Tier 1–2 application support, platform configuration updates, and coordination of vendor releases and integrations. This is hands-on technical work with real operational impact: you'd maintain audit-ready documentation, triage cross-system issues, support change management and UAT, and help ensure data flows correctly through the firm's financial processes.
The role demands someone detail-oriented and process-driven who can juggle competing priorities, especially during month-end and quarter-end closes. You'll need 3–5 years of relevant experience and a track record of coordinating effectively across Finance, IT, and business enablement teams. A customer service mindset matters here—you're solving problems for end users while maintaining internal controls and governance standards. The position is hybrid, based in Chicago with Monday–Thursday in-office expectations and Friday flexibility.
This suits someone who enjoys being the technical backbone of financial operations: not doing the accounting itself, but ensuring the systems that enable it run reliably, securely, and in compliance with the firm's standards.
