We have a Part-Time Registered Nurse opportunity open now doing home health visits in Davidson County, Tennessee!
This part-time RN would be asked to cover approximately 8- 12 visits per week, primarily throughout Davidson County and sometimes Williamson County.
This is a guaranteed salary position!
Visits are completed during the hours of 8:30am-5pm.
Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in TN.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care through home visits across Davidson County and occasionally Williamson County in the Nashville area. The role involves approximately 10 visits per week during standard business hours (8:30am–5pm, Monday through Friday), delivering hands-on nursing services including medication administration, wound care, client assessments, and care coordination. You'll work independently with individual patients, document care using electronic tablets, and communicate with clinical management about patient progress and any changes in condition.
The position requires a current Tennessee RN license and at least one year of recent clinical experience in a medical or surgical setting. While home health experience is preferred, it is not required, making this a viable entry point into home-based care for nurses transitioning from hospital or clinic environments. You'll need strong time management and independent work skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to travel between assigned patient locations.
