You'd own the full account lifecycle—prospecting and relationship building, understanding customer challenges and budgets, and translating Esri's capabilities into solutions that address real business needs. This role blends sales strategy with technical credibility; you'll work across internal teams to develop account plans, present at industry events, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of enterprise sales, consulting, or program management experience, paired with solid GIS knowledge and familiarity with how these industries operate. You'll need to be comfortable with travel (25–50%), skilled at visual storytelling and negotiation, and able to research trends and anticipate customer needs. A degree in GIS, engineering, business, surveying, or a related field is required; experience specifically in electric, gas, telecom, or rail sectors is valued but not mandatory.
Based in Louisville and working in-office full-time, you'll earn between $93,600 and $176,800 depending on experience and qualifications.
