This hybrid role (four days onsite, one remote) sits at the intersection of clinical leadership and operational management—you'd oversee day-to-day team coordination, facilitate transdisciplinary care planning, conduct supervisory visits and clinical audits, manage staffing allocation, and hold staff accountable to quality and regulatory standards. Five years of supervisory or progressive management experience is preferred, as is HPNA or Public Health Nursing certification.

It suits someone who is energized by team-based, patient-centered care and who brings both clinical credibility and leadership capability. Your Cantonese fluency would be a direct asset to By the Bay Health's mission of providing culturally competent end-of-life and palliative care to a diverse community.
