About this role
Harrow Health is seeking a driven sales specialist to build market share for its ocular surface disease portfolio across the Phoenix territory. You'll own revenue targets for products like Vevye and Tyrvaya, calling on ophthalmologists, optometrists, and their staff to develop relationships and drive demand through both direct engagement and payer channels. This is a field-based role requiring up to 80% travel within your assigned area, with the entrepreneurial expectation that you'll analyze your territory, identify growth opportunities, and execute quarterly action plans with minimal hand-holding.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, ideally in ophthalmology, plus a solid grasp of how payers (commercial, Medicare Part D, dual eligibility) influence prescribing decisions. You'll need strong clinical communication skills to articulate product benefits compliantly, the organizational discipline to manage CRM data and expense reports, and the adaptability to juggle a multi-product portfolio in a dynamic market. A bachelor's degree, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are baseline requirements.
This role suits someone who thrives on ownership and accountability, builds genuine customer relationships, and can operate independently while collaborating across internal teams. Harrow emphasizes its entrepreneurial culture and mission-driven values around patient access and innovation, so cultural fit matters as much as sales acumen.
