About this role

Pacific Seafood's Delivery Driver – Class A position is a full-time role on the Transportation team in San Antonio responsible for the complete lifecycle of order fulfillment: picking and packing, loading trucks safely and logically, driving to customer locations, unloading, and returning documentation. The work balances warehouse operations with road time, requiring you to verify orders, secure loads properly, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and represent the company professionally during customer interactions while occasionally troubleshooting delivery issues on site.

You'll need a valid CDL Class A and at least six months of tractor-trailer experience or equivalent training, plus a high school diploma or GED. A clean driving record is preferred, as is familiarity with Microsoft Teams. The role involves occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, extended periods of close visual focus, and exposure to warehouse conditions including cold and wet environments, though most duties are sedentary while driving.

Pacific Seafood emphasizes performance-based rewards and team member development. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with profit-sharing match; paid time off; an employee assistance program; and a product purchase program. This is a good fit if you're safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and looking for stability with a family-owned company that invests in its workforce.
