Who We Serve
BAYADA provides skilled, one-on-one care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of acuity and clinical needs. Our nurses support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships while delivering personalized, high-quality care.

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring new graduate LPNs into a structured residency program designed specifically to build clinical skills and confidence in home-based care. You'd work full-time (36+ hours per week) across Indianapolis and surrounding areas, earning $24–$28 per hour with flexible shift options ranging from 8 to 12 hours. The program includes paid training, one-on-one mentorship from day one, 24/7 clinical support, and access to award-winning simulation labs—all while you're earning a paycheck and accruing PTO.
This role suits someone who has just completed an accredited nursing program and holds or is about to sit for their Indiana LPN license. You'll deliver skilled care to clients of all ages in their homes, from pediatric to geriatric populations with varying clinical needs.
