About this role
Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for a BCBA to work fully remote while maintaining clinical autonomy and flexibility. You'd conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools—but without the constant driving between client sites. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and clinical judgment, with in-person visits only when clinically necessary. You'd receive administrative and clinical support to focus on the clinical work itself rather than logistics.
This position suits someone with current BCBA certification and New Mexico licensure (or the ability to obtain it) who has experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities. You'll need a master's degree in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field, along with strong clinical decision-making and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining ethical standards and a family-centered approach.
The compensation ranges from $40–$60 per hour depending on experience, with flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and growth potential as the organization expands throughout New Mexico. This is a full-time position designed for someone who values clinical work over administrative burden and prefers remote work with occasional in-person engagement.
