About this role
Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking a BCBA for a fully remote position serving children and young adults across New Mexico. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools—all while working from home with in-person visits only when clinically warranted. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy and data-driven decision-making, with administrative support handling the logistics so you can focus on the clinical work itself.
This position suits someone with current BCBA certification and New Mexico licensure (or ability to obtain it) who has experience with autism and developmental disabilities. A master's degree in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field is required. Bilingual Spanish fluency is preferred, and other New Mexican languages are valued. You'll need strong independent work habits, solid clinical judgment, and a collaborative, family-centered approach.
The role offers $40–$60 per hour based on experience, flexible scheduling, professional development support, and the chance to grow with a developing organization. If you want clinical autonomy without the commute burden and value flexibility in how you structure your day, this remote setup may be a strong fit.
