In this role, you'll conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide clinical support within a team-based model that emphasizes whole-person care and community reintegration. You'll participate in daily treatment meetings, coordinate with therapists and social workers, and help clients navigate crises while monitoring both mental and physical health outcomes.

This position suits clinicians with experience treating complex behavioral health conditions, particularly those comfortable working with Medicaid populations and clients facing significant social challenges. The role demands strong crisis intervention skills, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to collaborative, non-hierarchical teamwork. If you're drawn to a fast-paced startup environment where you can grow clinically while delivering evidence-based care validated by McLean Hospital, and you're either based in Boston or willing to relocate, this could be a strong match.

The position is full-time, in-office, and includes competitive compensation, performance incentives, comprehensive health coverage with no waiting period, 401K matching, CME reimbursement, and generous PTO. You'll need Massachusetts medical licensure and DEA certification (or the ability to obtain them).
