About this role

Empower Pharmacy is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager to lead the full journey of new products from development through commercial launch within a fast-growing, highly regulated compounding and outsourcing pharmacy environment. You'll own the stage-gate process end-to-end, chairing the Material Review Board and orchestrating alignment across Supply Chain, R&D, Production, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other critical functions. This role demands both strategic thinking and execution discipline—balancing launch timelines, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and business value while managing material changes, supplier decisions, and cross-functional constraints that inevitably arise in a complex, scaled operation.

Beyond launches, you'll drive portfolio optimization with Sales and Finance, manage product discontinuations, and facilitate S&OP planning to keep organizational priorities aligned. You'll lead a Materials Management team, develop direct reports, and use data tools—Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, project management platforms, and approved AI capabilities—to surface risks and support decisions. The role suits someone with proven NPI and tech transfer experience, advanced project coordination skills, and the ability to navigate competing priorities without losing sight of compliance and business outcomes in a mission-driven, fast-moving environment.
