About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform the physical economy — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow supply chain teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time and integrate directly with customer systems.

As companies across the physical economy look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep supply chain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company powering the physical economy.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of supply chain technology.

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a curious, driven Sales Development Representative to be one of the first voices prospects hear from Pallet. You don't need years of sales experience; we're looking for hunger, a willingness to learn fast, and the kind of initiative that doesn't wait to be asked.

You'll help build our outbound motion from the ground up, work closely with founders and sales leadership, and have real input into how we go to market. The ceiling here is genuinely high — SDRs who excel move into AE, partnerships, or marketing roles with a foundation most people spend years trying to build.

Why this role is different

  • Be one of the first SDRs at Pallet — help shape the playbook from scratch
  • Work directly with marketing and sales leadership and founders to develop strategic outreach
  • Learn fast in a high-caliber, tight-knit team
  • Build foundational experience that opens doors to AE, partnerships, or marketing

How you will make an impact

  • Own top-of-funnel — identify the right prospects, build targeted lists, and get in front of them before the competition does
  • Run outbound campaigns end-to-end using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, and learn what actually moves people to respond
  • Turn qualified conversations into pipeline by booking meetings for Account Executives and handing off leads that are ready to close
  • Test constantly, messaging, sequences, timing, targeting, and bring what you learn back to the team
  • Surface prospect feedback that makes our whole go-to-market smarter
  • Build the processes and playbooks that the next generation of Pallet SDRs will use

Preferred Experience

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Grit, resilience, and a passion for learning — you’re not afraid of “no"
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales or customer-facing experience

Interview Process

  • Chat with our Founding Business Recruiter — 20 min
  • Chat with Hiring Manager — 30 min
  • Cold Call Exercise — 30 min
  • Final CEO Interview — ~20 min

About this role

Pallet is a well-funded AI startup ($50M raised, 700% revenue growth in two years) building automation tools for supply chain management. This Sales Development Representative role is based in their New York office and offers a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up—you'd be one of the first SDRs shaping the outbound motion alongside founders and sales leadership. The work involves identifying and targeting prospects, running campaigns through Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, booking qualified meetings for Account Executives, and continuously testing messaging and sequences to improve what works.

The role suits someone with hunger and initiative more than years of sales experience. You'll need strong communication skills and ideally some sales or customer-facing background, but what matters most is your ability to learn fast, handle rejection, and take ownership in an ambiguous environment. The ceiling is genuinely high—SDRs who perform well here move into Account Executive, partnerships, or marketing roles with a foundation most people take years to build.

Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 OTE plus equity. The company offers standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, paid parental leave) plus perks like catered lunches, a yearly learning stipend, and an onboarding trip to San Francisco. This is a five-days-a-week in-office role in SoHo, with possible onboarding at their SF headquarters.
