About this role

Capital Rx is looking for a Senior Analyst to own the technical side of pharmacy benefit management regulatory reporting, particularly CMS-required submissions. You'd translate regulatory requirements and approved methodologies into SQL-based reporting solutions, manage the full lifecycle from requirements through execution and testing, and work closely with Government Programs teams to clarify needs and confirm deliverables are accurate before submission. This is a hands-on role where you'd independently manage recurring reports, standardize processes to reduce manual work, and maintain the documentation and code templates that keep everything running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in healthcare analytics or data work, with at least 2–3 years directly handling medical claims data and proven experience supporting government programs. You'll need strong SQL skills, familiarity with pharmacy claims and PBM operations, and ideally some background with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, or state regulatory reporting. Experience with Snowflake, Python, or similar tools is valued, as is a track record developing and maintaining production reporting processes. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a salary range of $103,200–$129,000.
