About this role

Capital Rx's Judi Health is building a unified claims platform that consolidates pharmacy and medical benefits, and they're looking for a senior analyst to lead the analytical strategy around population health and integrated reporting. You'd own the design and delivery of complex analyses that pull together medical claims, pharmacy data, eligibility, utilization, and provider information into actionable insights for clients—work that requires both deep technical skill and the ability to translate messy business problems into structured solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and stakeholder partnership. You'd spend significant time gathering requirements, clarifying definitions and assumptions with internal teams across Client Services, Clinical, Product, and Implementation, then architecting reusable analytical patterns that elevate team capability. You'd also mentor analysts, guide technical decisions, and own communication across multi-phase initiatives. The work demands expert SQL proficiency, solid grounding in medical claims structure and coding systems (ICD, HCPCS), and the ability to validate data quality and identify systemic issues in reporting processes.

The position requires four to six years in data or healthcare analytics, with at least two to three years directly analyzing medical claims. You'll need demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives, building credibility with senior stakeholders, and influencing analytical direction without formal authority. The role is hybrid (three days in office) across Charlotte, Denver, or New York, with a salary range of $150,800–$188,500.
