About this role

Leading Jenni Kayne's Denver store means owning the full business—from hitting sales targets and managing inventory to building and coaching a team that embodies the brand's elevated lifestyle ethos. You'll spend time both on the sales floor as a top performer and in the back office handling scheduling, payroll, and operational compliance. This role requires someone with at least three years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or contemporary retail, who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and isn't afraid to get involved in visual merchandising, client engagement, and day-to-day problem-solving.

The position suits a self-directed leader with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in developing people. You'll need to recruit and retain talent, provide ongoing coaching, and create a positive team culture while maintaining brand standards across every touchpoint—from how products are presented to how clients are served. Comfort with POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office is expected, as is flexibility around weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

The salary range is $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, in-office role in Denver.
