About this role
Aspire Allergy & Sinus is looking for a Medical Office Assistant to work across their northeast Dallas clinic locations on a Tuesday–Friday schedule. This role bridges clinical and front-office work, meaning you'll spend your day both supporting providers with patient care—administering injections, performing spirometry, obtaining vitals, and responding to urgent situations—and handling the administrative side like scheduling, check-ins, insurance authorizations, and EHR documentation. You'll need to be comfortable with hands-on clinical tasks, medical terminology, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a welcoming demeanor with patients.
The ideal candidate has at least six months of front-office experience and ideally completed a Medical Assistant program or holds relevant certification like CPR. Experience administering injections and taking vitals is essential; prior medical assistant or receptionist work is preferred. You should be based in or near Plano for convenient access to the clinic locations, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Aspire offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off plus ten paid holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, free allergy testing and discounted treatments, and an employee rewards program.
