About this role
Leading large-scale electrical operations at Loenbro means managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously—typically 2-4 projects ranging from $10M to $25M each, with 50 to 70 total employees across one or more sites. You'll oversee installation, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control while supervising 4 or more supervisors and coordinating closely with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients. The role demands both hands-on field expertise and the ability to independently start and manage projects from the ground up.
This position suits someone with proven experience managing large construction and data center electrical projects at similar scale and complexity. You should have a track record of leading multiple supervisors, delivering consistent gross margins above 13%, and working with prefabrication methods. The role requires willingness to travel to various job sites and a genuine commitment to recruiting, training, and developing your team—from apprentices to journeymen to foremen.
Loenbro offers competitive compensation, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and professional development support. The company encourages pursuit of LEED and NICET II certifications. Based in Kemmerer, Wyoming, this is a full-time, exempt position working on outdoor industrial sites with exposure to weather and environmental factors, requiring full compliance with safety protocols and PPE requirements.
