About this role
Crisp Recruit, a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm, is building its derivative litigation practice and seeking an attorney who can contribute immediately to high-stakes shareholder and corporate governance cases. Working fully remote, you'll handle sophisticated legal analysis, draft complex pleadings and motions, manage case components independently, and conduct forensic research into corporate documents to develop compelling litigation theories. This role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and meticulous legal work—you'll collaborate closely with an experienced partner and litigation team while taking on meaningful responsibility from day one.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience in corporate governance, shareholder, derivative, or securities litigation. You'll need exceptional legal writing skills, a forensic mindset for spotting inconsistencies in complex documents, and the ability to develop litigation strategy under pressure. Delaware bar admission is preferred, though admission to any U.S. jurisdiction qualifies. Beyond technical competence, the firm values self-starters who are analytical, collaborative, and comfortable using AI and modern legal technology to sharpen your work.
As the practice expands, you'll have genuine opportunities to mentor junior attorneys and take on leadership roles.
