About this role

Convera, a leading B2B cross-border payments company, is building its Madrid sales team and looking for recent graduates or those about to graduate to fill a Sales Development Representative role. You'd spend most of your time on outbound prospecting—cold calling, emailing, and working LinkedIn—while also qualifying inbound leads and scheduling meetings for more senior salespeople. The work involves researching prospects, running targeted campaigns across key industries, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate has a degree in an analytical field like economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, or law, completed within the last two years or expected by 2026/2027. You'll need fluent Czech, strong phone presence, and the resilience to handle high-volume outbound work. Prior professional experience is not required, though up to six months is acceptable. The role offers structured training, exposure to decision-makers, and a chance to build expertise in international payments—useful foundations if you're considering a longer career in sales or fintech.
