When you join, youâll have a starting salary of ÂŁ40,000 per year, plus a ÂŁ7,200 signing bonus (subject to terms).Â

Key Responsibilities
- Develop core consulting skills including foundational knowledge and application of AI through completion of our award-winning Analyst "Runway" training programme, giving you the confidence and capabilities to succeed as your career evolves.Â
- Exposure to engineering tools, digital platforms, and emerging tech.Â
- Specialised development in areas such as product design, sourcing and procurement, planning and fulfilment, asset management, capital projects, connected manufacturing and operations.Â
- Access to expert-led training, certifications, innovation experiences, hackathons, building AI agents and more.Â
To be eligible for this programme, youâll need to have obtained (or be on track to obtain) a bachelorâs degree by your start date. We welcome applications for this programme from:Â
- Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Design.Â
- Other STEM and procurement / supply chain related degrees with a clear interest in engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing.Â

- Have experience or passion for operations, engineering, supply chain or digital transformation.Â
- Can analyse data and solve problems creatively and logically.Â
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working collaboratively.Â

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Stutya is working as a Change Practitioner for a resources company, facilitating workshops to define how theyâll measure success in their digital transformation.Â
- Becca is now contributing to account management and the capabilities workstream strategy for a global aerospace and defence company.Â
- Otis is now designing, building and managing the delivery of low-code shop-floor apps for a leading food, biotech and pharma client. Â
- Interviews typically begin in October and run through to the New Year. Due to high volume of applications, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application status. Â
- Start dates available from September 2027 through to August 2028 and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Â
