Key Responsibilities
- You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you the skills (including GenAI) that youâll need to be a successful analyst at AccentureÂ
- You will undergo role-specific training to prepare you for your first client role. This can include delivery lifecycle, specific technologies and platforms and broader technology implementation approaches and methodologies. Â
- You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditations such as Cloud and Technology Platform certifications, and also Agile and Project Management-related certifications.Â
- Core Analyst Training: Our core learning programme designed to help new joiners build confidence and skills across areas from delivery best practice, how to work with clients, and role-specific skills. Â
- Project-based learning: Youâll work on real challenges for real clients and with support from experienced teams, gain confidence and knowledge on the job.Â
- Technology Exposure: Depending on your specific project, youâll get exposure to a wide range of different technologies and systems and receive training to understand how to use as well as help implement them. Â

- Jessica joined Accenture in January 2026 and is now a Business Analyst on a Financial Services mobile app team. She defines requirements, creates epics and user stories, and prioritises the backlog to support effective delivery. She has also developed AI-powered tools to reduce manual effort and strengthened her leadership skills by leading stand-ups and retrospectives.Â
- Francesca joined Accenture in February 2022 and now leads the requirements gathering and analysis for a major project within Health and Public Services. She plays a critical role in supporting our clientâs digital transformation, by defining business and technical requirements, mapping critical data and processes, guiding the migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, and decommissioning outdated infrastructure - improving efficiency, reducing costs, and securing long-term operational resilience.Â
- Interviews typically begin in November and run through to Spring. Due to the high volume of applicants, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application's status.Â
