Key Responsibilities
- You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you the skills (including GenAI) that youâll need to be a successful analyst at AccentureÂ
- You will undergo role-specific training to prepare you for your first client role. This can include delivery lifecycle, specific technologies and platforms, core programming languages, and the essential developer toolkit. Â
- You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditations in areas such as Cloud and Technology Platform certifications. Â
- Core Analyst Training: Our core learning programme designed to help new joiners build confidence and skills across areas from delivery best practice, how to work with clients, and role-specific skills. Â
- Project-based learning: Youâll work on real challenges for real clients and with support from experienced teams, gain confidence and knowledge on the job.Â
- Technology Exposure: Depending on your specific project, youâll get exposure to a wide range of different technologies and systems and receive training to understand how to use as well as help implement them. Â

- Lindsey joined Accenture in January 2026 and is now a Full Stack Engineer on a digital core transformation programme for a financial institution. She helps deliver critical banking system features, working closely with product teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - Vasu joined Accenture as a graduate in October 2023 on the Software Engineering Programme. He has worked as a Data Science Practitioner on 3 different projects contributing with his valuable skills in Gen AI. On his latest role working for a financial institution, Vasu was elevated to the position of Lead Data Scientist. Â
- Interviews typically begin in November and run through to Spring. Due to the high volume of applicants, this may take some time, but you will receive regular updates on your application's status.Â
- Start dates available from September 2027 through to August 2028 and are filled on a first come, first served basis subject to availability.Â
