About this role
Supporting educators in implementing IXL effectively is the core of this role at a major EdTech company serving millions of students nationwide. You'll facilitate professional development—both virtual and in-person—deliver national webinars, and host regional IXL Live events, working directly with teachers and district leaders across grade levels and subjects to strengthen their classroom instruction. The position requires you to be a product expert who can translate implementation strategies to fit diverse teaching contexts, and you'll partner closely with sales and customer success teams to support schools through their adoption journey.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of K-12 teaching experience, ideally with some leadership background, plus a track record in educational professional development. You need to be an exceptional presenter and communicator—dynamic, organized, and genuinely skilled at connecting with people. The role involves significant travel, particularly during back-to-school season (up to 60%), so you must live near a major airport in the Philadelphia metro area. This is a fully remote position that demands someone comfortable managing multiple projects independently while thriving in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
