You'd take primary responsibility for projects in the advanced technology sector—with opportunities in industrial, municipal, and higher education—managing teams through all phases from concept to construction administration. This means designing and overseeing deliverables, coordinating with consultants and clients, handling regulatory compliance, and contributing to business development and proposals. You'd report to senior staff while guiding architects on your team and maintaining direct client relationships on technical matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred) and Arizona licensure, backed by 12+ years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation. You need demonstrated project management and supervisory experience, a solid grasp of construction techniques, and the ability to develop specifications. Experience in advanced manufacturing or semiconductor sectors is valued but not required; Revit proficiency and a track record of building client relationships will strengthen your candidacy.

This is a contract position based in Phoenix requiring in-office presence. Farnsworth Group, an 11-time Great Place to Work certified firm with over 650 professionals across 24 offices, offers standard benefits including a 401(k) match, health insurance, professional development, and a hybrid work program—details to discuss with your recruiter.
