The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of environmental project management experience, a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field (master's preferred), and proficiency with ArcGIS Pro for mapping and GPS data. You'll need solid grounding in Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and National Historic Preservation Act regulations, along with strong communication skills to work across a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, surveyors, and technical staff. Willingness to travel on short notice and a valid driver's license are required.

Farnsworth Group is a 650-person firm with 24 offices that has earned Great Place to Work certification for eleven consecutive years. The Charlotte position is in-office full-time and includes a 401(k) with full company match up to 5%, comprehensive health coverage, professional development support, and a hybrid work program option to discuss with your recruiter.
