About this role

Farnsworth Group's Technical Operations Group is looking for a BIM Specialist to support their Engineering disciplines—Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical—from their Phoenix office. You'd be the technical backbone for project teams, responsible for maintaining the project data environment, coordinating workflows, ensuring BIM quality, and driving team efficiency. The work spans both hands-on support and strategic oversight: you'll provide helpdesk assistance and training to staff on design software, create and maintain BIM standards documentation, manage Revit templates and content libraries, conduct QA/QC reviews, and assist with software integration and configuration. When needed, you'll also jump into project production support.

This role demands 5 to 10 years of hands-on Revit experience in an engineering production environment, with proficiency in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks. An Associate's or Technical Degree in Computer Graphics for Construction—or equivalent experience—is the baseline. Beyond core Revit expertise, you should be comfortable with advanced parametric family creation, shared coordinates, linked files, phase mapping, and visibility graphics. An Autodesk Certified Professional credential is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a valid driver's license.

Farnsworth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with full company match up to 5%, medical/dental/vision coverage, professional development funding, and a mentoring program. The role is in-office in Phoenix, though the company does offer a hybrid work program—details to discuss with your recruiter. The firm has earned Great Place to Work certification for eleven consecutive years and emphasizes work-life balance and employee growth.
