About this role
Farnsworth Group is looking for an Architectural Associate III to work within interdisciplinary teams across diverse market sectors from their Phoenix office on a hybrid basis. You'll contribute to all phases of project delivery—from proposal development and design documentation through construction administration—working directly with clients, consultants, and internal team members. The role expects you to exercise independent judgment while coordinating with project leads, and to produce construction documents, attend owner meetings, review submittals, and support cost and scope management.
This position is designed for someone actively accumulating AXP hours who has passed at least one ARE exam or recently obtained licensure. You'll need a bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program and five to eight years of architectural office experience. Revit proficiency is essential; AutoCAD and Navisworks experience is preferred, as is familiarity with visualization and design software like Lumion, Enscape, and the Adobe suite. Strong communication and graphics skills round out the core requirements.
Farnsworth Group has held Great Place to Work certification for eleven consecutive years and offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with full company match up to 5%, medical and dental coverage, paid time off, professional development support, and a mentoring program. The hybrid arrangement provides flexibility while you continue building your career at a nationally recognized firm with over 650 professionals across 24 offices.
