You'll manage a busy schedule—handling 6 to 12 grooms daily depending on whether you have bathing support—and handle the full range of grooming services from baths and nail trims to haircuts and anal gland expression. The role also includes training and developing bathing staff, maintaining detailed client records, and communicating directly with pet owners about their animals' needs and preferences.

You'll need at least one year of grooming experience, formal training from a recognized program, or apprenticeship background, plus the ability to safely restrain animals. The position starts as hourly pay and transitions to commission within a year. CityVet offers a solid benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) with 4% match; paid time off and floating holidays; free telemedicine; and an employee assistance program. This is a full-time, in-office role in Dallas.
