About this role
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is expanding its intake operation and looking for a Sales Representative to serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients across their 11 Texas offices. You'd be responsible for qualifying leads, conducting initial consultations to understand clients' legal needs, and scheduling them with attorneys—all while maintaining high-volume communication via phone, email, and online channels. The role demands strong customer service instincts paired with genuine sales ability, since you'll be explaining the firm's services in family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal matters to people often navigating stressful situations.
This position requires at least two years of sales experience in a legal intake or customer-focused business-to-business role, plus proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite and CRM software (HubSpot preferred). You'll handle administrative work including data entry, document preparation, and lead conversion reporting, so attention to detail matters as much as your ability to connect with people. A high school diploma is the minimum requirement, though an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
The firm emphasizes competitive base pay with sales-based bonuses, ongoing training, and a business casual environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with 5% company match, and life insurance. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Houston.
