This role demands at least two years of Texas family law paralegal experience, fluency with e-filing systems and practice management software like Clio or MyCase, and the judgment to navigate emotionally charged litigation while maintaining professional boundaries.
The firm positions this as a true team environment with work-life balance built in. Beyond a base salary of $40,000–$75,000, you can earn up to an additional $35,000 through a billable hour bonus paid every paycheck.
