About Us
At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".
We are looking for an Account Manager, Physician Physician Partnerships based in the the Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington area or Vancouver, British Columbia to join our Physician Partnerships Sales Team. - Design and execute territory strategies that balance new-partner acquisition with expansion of referral volume from current partners
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for new partnerships signed and total referral volume across the full territory
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with existing physician partners to strengthen the relationship and identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry conferences, medical society events, and networking functions to generate new leads and reinforce existing relationships

About this role
Prenuvo is building a preventive healthcare platform around whole-body MRI scanning, and this Account Manager role sits at the center of growing physician referral partnerships in the Seattle or Portland area. You'd own a full sales cycle: prospecting new physician partners, closing referral agreements, and simultaneously managing an existing book of business to deepen engagement and drive volume. The work balances hunter and farmer instincts—cold-calling and territory strategy on one side, relationship nurturing and business reviews on the other—with roughly half your time spent traveling within your territory or to regional conferences and meetings.
The role calls for 5 to 8 years in outside sales or healthcare provider sales, with proven success at both winning new accounts and growing existing ones. You'll need strong cold-calling and prospecting skills, consultative selling ability, and a working knowledge of healthcare regulations. Salesforce experience is preferred, and familiarity with preventive healthcare or MRI technology is a bonus. This is a hunter-and-farmer mindset job: self-directed and competitive in pursuit, but also disciplined and attentive in retention.
Compensation is $150,000 to $200,000 base salary. The role is full-time, in-office in Seattle, and requires legal work authorization in the US without visa sponsorship. Prenuvo offers comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan, free whole-body scans for employees, and a flexible vacation policy.
