About this role

InHome Therapy is hiring part-time PTAs for home health work in the Philadelphia area, focusing on adult and geriatric patients. You'd deliver physical therapy services in clients' homes under PT supervision, handle documentation, and work toward helping patients regain strength and function. The role emphasizes flexibility—you control your schedule and have autonomy over your day—while receiving consistent referrals through the agency's partner network.

The position pays $40–$50 per visit on a per-visit basis, with a clinical excellence bonus tied to visit complexity and volume. InHome Therapy provides mileage reimbursement, a tablet and data plan, supplies, and paid training with ongoing mentorship. Part-time staff may be eligible for medical insurance only, depending on hours; other benefits can include PTO, paid holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program.

You'll need an active PTA license in good standing, current BLS CPR certification, reliable transportation, and basic comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems. If you're looking for schedule control and steady patient volume without the constraints of a traditional clinic setting, this could be worth exploring—contact Emmy at (323) 544-5146 or apply directly to discuss the specifics.
