About this role

Supporting senior leaders at a fast-growing global technology company, this Principal Executive Assistant role goes well beyond scheduling and expense reports. You'll serve as a strategic partner to Vice President and Senior Director level executives in Coupang's technology organization, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating domestic and international travel, and acting as a critical connector between teams and stakeholders. The work demands someone who can anticipate problems before they surface, absorb urgent requests without losing sight of priorities, and create operational structure in ambiguous situations.

Your day-to-day will span calendar optimization and travel logistics alongside higher-level responsibilities: attending key meetings to capture decisions and action items, coordinating multi-location events, managing team engagement initiatives, and drafting executive communications. You'll also own process improvement, maintaining organizational documentation, managing budgets, and driving special projects to completion with minimal direction. Success here requires 12+ years supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday, and the judgment and discretion to handle sensitive information independently.

This is an in-office role in Seattle with a fixed salary of $132,000. It suits someone who thrives in high-velocity settings, enjoys working behind the scenes to amplify executive effectiveness, and has the business acumen and communication skills to operate comfortably across organizational levels. Experience in large technology companies or high-growth startups is preferred but not required.
