About this role
Growing a multi-office legal practice across Texas requires strong intake operations, and the Law Office of Bryan Fagan is looking for a Sales Representative to be a key first contact for prospective clients. You'd handle high-volume client communication via phone, email, and online channels, qualifying leads, conducting initial consultations to understand their legal needs, and scheduling them with attorneys. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of sales experience in a legal intake or customer-focused business-to-customer role, with strong communication skills and computer proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). You'll also manage administrative tasks—data entry, document preparation, and lead reporting—and coordinate with internal teams. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
The firm emphasizes competitive base pay plus sales-based bonuses, ongoing training, and a business casual environment across its eleven Texas locations.
