About this role

Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring entry-level Production Specialists to support the compliance and administration side of retirement plan management. You'd work remotely from the US, preparing IRS compliance tests, Form 5500 filings, and employer allocation schedules while building expertise in ADP/ACP testing, coverage rules, and related regulatory requirements. The role involves hands-on work with numerical data and spreadsheets, so strong Excel skills and comfort with detail-oriented work are essential.

This is a salaried position offering $52,000–$55,000 annually, with medical, dental, disability, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match. Nova will provide training on their software and support you in earning an industry credential—useful if you're starting your career and want structured professional development. You'll need a bachelor's degree in math, business, or a quantitative field, plus prior work or internship experience. Expect occasional travel (1–2 times yearly) to the home office or company events, and the company supplies all necessary equipment.

This role suits someone analytical and organized who wants stability in a growing firm with clear advancement paths, and who's willing to learn a specialized but underrated corner of financial services.

Pay for this role

The employer didn't post a pay range for this role. That usually means pay is set in negotiation, which favors whoever arrives with numbers. Check ranges on comparable Entry Level Production Specialist *Paid Training* postings in your area, and analyze any offer before you accept it.
