About this role
Connected Cannabis Co.'s Phoenix cultivation facility is seeking an IPM Specialist to execute and refine its integrated pest management program. You'll apply fertilizers and pesticides, deploy pest elimination tools, and conduct regular health assessments across flower rooms—working directly under the Cultivation Manager and General Manager to minimize plant damage and disposal losses. The role requires hands-on execution of assigned protocols, detailed record-keeping, and ongoing collaboration with the cultivation team in a controlled-environment grow operation.
This position suits someone with at least two years of agricultural experience and solid working knowledge of cultivation systems and irrigation. You'll need to pass a respiratory medical evaluation and fit test, be comfortable handling up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds with assistance, and work reliably in varying temperature and humidity conditions. A background in crop production equipment operation and a PCA certification are valued but not required; what matters most is your ability to focus during extended standing periods and your comfort working around insects in a fast-paced environment.
Connected offers competitive pay, employee retail discounts, an Employee Assistance Program, PTO, and genuine opportunities for career growth as the company expands nationally. This is a full-time, in-office role in Phoenix for someone ready to contribute to a vertically integrated operation with over a decade of industry experience.
