About this role
EIS Group is looking for a VP Professional Services to oversee delivery of complex insurance software implementations across Europe and the Middle East. You would lead both direct and indirect teams while managing a portfolio of high-stakes programs, reporting to the Global SVP of Professional Services. The role demands someone who can operate at C-suite level with clients, balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent programs, and take P&L accountability for a growing business segment.
The position suits an experienced enterprise software delivery leader with at least 10 years in platform implementations, ideally within insurance technology. You'll need proven capability managing senior teams across geographies, strong familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, and the ability to drive customer advocacy through flawless execution on time, budget, and scope. The role blends leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on program assurance—you'll coach teams, engage directly in pre-sales activities, own escalation resolution, and continuously improve delivery methodology.
Based in the Europe-Middle East region, you'll work remotely with regular office and client site visits, including international travel. The company offers flexible working, health insurance, pension, and the opportunity to work within a scaled Agile environment alongside industry experts in a modern InsurTech product organization.
