Compensation: $25/hr + mileage reimbursement + Courier bonus eligible
At LTS, we believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare — and technology is how we get there. Our TestandGo kiosk program brings convenient health services directly into communities, making testing and care more accessible for everyone. As a Courier, you’ll be a key part of that mission: keeping our kiosks stocked, our equipment working properly, and our program running smoothly.
We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Courier to support our TestandGo healthcare kiosk programs. In this role you will use your personal vehicle and cell phone to complete supply restocks, maintenance and troubleshooting of kiosks across your assigned region, and serve as an on-the-ground resource to keep things running smoothly. You’ll have the flexibility to work in your assigned area while meeting scheduled deadlines. This position offers mileage reimbursement and a Courier Bonus. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing their job well and loves being out in the field, this one is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan your route to meet all delivery deadlines while complying with transportation laws.
- Safely package, transport, and deliver items to internal and external clients on time, every time.
- Restock kiosks with correct supplies and quantities when assigned.
- Maintain an accurate up-to-date inventory of supplies kept on hand for auditing purposes.
- Perform basic kiosk function checks and relay status updates to your manager.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform basic kiosk maintenance and troubleshooting using all tools provided, including screwdriver-based repairs, power/cord swapping, product reconfigurations, and resolving minor operational issues in the field.
- Submit required work reports and keep leadership informed of any real-time issues affecting service.
- Coordinate supply pickups and drop-offs as program needs evolve.
- You may be required to handle specimens and must follow all LTS safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling specimens. May be exposed to infectious materials.
- Support other duties as the team needs — we’re all in this together.
What We're Looking For:
- Active, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle and mobile phone for use on the job.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills; comfortable with email (Outlook) and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule Monday–Saturday, no Holidays or Sundays.
- Ability to accept periodic shipments of supplies and equipment via delivery to house or local storage facility.
- Willingness to drive up to a two-hour radius from your assigned area as needed, mileage will be paid.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Nice to Have:
- Prior courier, delivery, or customer service experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and sit as needed.
- Able to lift and carry 15–20 lbs. unassisted and reach in all directions.
- Adequate vision (or corrective vision) for depth perception and color recognition.
- Able to perform both gross and fine motor tasks.
Why Join LTS
- Courier Bonus and mileage reimbursement — eligible from day one.
- Be part of a mission-driven team making healthcare more accessible in your community.
- Flexible scheduling that works around your life.
- Meaningful, independent work out in the field.

About this role
LTS operates TestandGo health kiosks across communities, and this Courier role keeps that program running by managing supply restocks, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting in the Bozeman area. You'll use your own vehicle to service kiosks across your assigned region, handling everything from restocking supplies and performing basic repairs to submitting work reports and coordinating pickups. The work is independent and field-based, with flexibility to plan your own routes as long as you meet deadlines—though you'll need to be available Monday through Saturday and willing to drive up to two hours from your base when needed.
The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and basic computer skills (email and spreadsheets). You'll handle some specimens and follow safety protocols including PPE use, so comfort with that responsibility matters. Physical demands include lifting 15–20 pounds and performing tasks like bending, kneeling, and fine motor work. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior courier or delivery experience is a plus but not essential.
At $20 per hour plus mileage reimbursement and a courier bonus (eligible from day one), this suits someone who's self-motivated, detail-oriented, and prefers working independently in the field over a desk. The flexible scheduling and mission-driven focus on healthcare access may appeal if you value both autonomy and purpose in your work.
