About this role
Trilon Group is seeking a Water Resources Lead to manage complex water infrastructure projects in Las Vegas. You'll oversee multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—from design and analysis through construction and completion—while coordinating with engineers, designers, field personnel, and clients including state and local agencies. The role demands both technical depth and leadership: you'll prepare proposals and presentations, manage budgets and schedules, review engineering work, troubleshoot construction challenges, and ensure projects meet specifications and client requirements.
This position requires a PE license and at least eight years in water facilities engineering, design, or construction, along with strong proficiency in Civil3D and the Microsoft Office Suite. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, communicating technical information clearly, and taking ownership of projects from conception to delivery. The company values meeting deadlines and budgets, so organizational discipline and attention to detail are essential.
Trilon Group (operating as Horrocks) offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, a 401(k) with 50% matching up to 6%, and professional development support including paid licensure and memberships. The unmatched comp time policy allows you to convert overtime hours into additional pay or PTO, and the role is based in-office in Las Vegas with potential for workshare arrangements with other offices.
