About this role

Trilon Group's Denver office is seeking a Planning Associate II to lead active transportation and multimodal planning projects across Colorado and the Mountain West. This senior-level role combines project management with hands-on planning work, requiring you to shepherd complex initiatives from proposal through delivery while managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll work directly with municipalities, transit agencies, and community stakeholders on projects like bicycle and pedestrian master plans, safety action plans, and corridor studies, attending site visits and charrettes to communicate planning trade-offs and design opportunities.

The position demands at least ten years in a consulting or public sector environment, with three or more years managing projects and staff.
